Retraction: Word Of Mouth

For the past few years, this site has undergone many variations, and has most recently been resurrected as a personal blog about whatever happens to come to mind.  Not many people actually read my blog, and I’m ok with that.  It’s more of a personal journal made public.

But when I recently blogged about a coworkers bad experience at a local restaurant, I started getting comments from the owner, the manager involved, and my coworkers wife… not to mention other random people who read the post.  I don’t know how so many people found out about the post so quickly, but it spread like wildfire.  And while I should be excited that so many people were actually coming to my site, there is one small problem.

I work for a company that works closely with many other companies in Tallahassee.  Even though Injekted.net and the company I work for are completely unrelated, I don’t want my blog to reflect negatively upon my company and the relationship it has formed with the community.

For that reason, I have decided to take the post off of my site.  While it doesn’t change the experience my coworker had at the restaurant, I am stepping out of the middle and will let him deal directly with the restaurant if he chooses to do so.  And in the future, I’ll be more careful about what I write.

I certainly understand your reasons for doing so and consider them to be wise.
